What means of payment are accepted at the hotel or restaurant?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro credit cards. We no longer accept checks and do not take holiday vouchers.


Do I have to give a guarantee when booking?

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card or we will not be able to take your reservation. Your credit card will be charged when you stay at the hotel for standard booking rates or directly upon booking for special offers or promotions.


How do I modify or cancel my reservation?

Contact us with your reservation number or confirmation email for any changes. If you wish to cancel, you must notify us 2 days before your arrival, before midnight local time. Any withdrawal or late cancellation obliges you to pay cancellation fees equivalent to one night's accommodation. Please note that promotional offers cannot be exchanged, modified or refunded.* Modifications or cancellations due to COVID 19 can be made with 2 days notice until March 31, 2022. Any late cancellation will require you to pay a cancellation fee equivalent to one night.


What are the arrival and departure times? What to do in case of late arrival?

The arrival in your room can be done from 3:00 p.m. You will be asked for a valid credit card and an identity document (yours or that of your companions if they arrive before you) to guarantee your check-in. Your departure must be for 11:00 a.m. maximum. In case of arrival after 7:00 p.m., please let us know.


Is the restaurant open every day?

The restaurant is open every day for dinner and from Thursday to Sunday for lunch. It is therefore closed on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays lunchtimes. In the event of a Business stopover deal and late arrival at the hotel, contact us to organize your dinner.


Do you accept animals?

Small, friendly and well-behaved pets are accepted at the hotel. They must be kept on a leash in the park and their droppings must be picked up.
