Without prejudice to the provisions referred to above, the contractual conditions may, where applicable, provide, depending on the terms of the Reservation validated by the Customer as indicated for each rate, an option of cancellation when the Reservation is made under the wording “Flexible or promotional rates / Flexible or Sales rate”. In this case, the Customer has been able to read his right to cancel and the related contractual conditions, which he is reminded of before the validation of his Reservation and also in the confirmation of his Reservation sent by Le Clos Normand.
If the special conditions of the Reservation allow it (ie for the "Flexible or promotional Rates / Flexible or Sales rate" reserved), the right of cancellation by the Customer must be exercised at least 48 hours in advance, and before noon French local.

The Customer can use his right to cancel on the Site by clicking on the "Cancellation" button bringing the Customer to the page dedicated to this purpose and where the Customer must follow the steps indicated in order to make effective the exercise of his right.

In the event of interruption of the stay, the entire price of the Reservation will be collected without the right to reimbursement or any credit or exchange for the Customer for the unused part of the Services in the Establishment.
Unless expressly provided otherwise, the Customer must leave the room before 11:00 (11.00AM) on the day of the end of his stay. Failing this, he will be invoiced for a particular night at the rate in force on that day.

ARTICLE 4 - PRICES - PAYMENT
4.1 Rates
The rates relating to the Reservation of Services are indicated before and during the Reservation process. The rates are valid in real time regardless of the Booking mode selected by the Customer: the rates are valid at the time of the Booking request made by the Customer. In any event, the special pricing conditions linked to each rate/type of room, or additional services, appear next to the Services subject to the Reservation by the Customer.
The rates displayed are only valid for the duration indicated on the Site.
The rates indicated are per room, for the number of person(s) and the dates selected by the Customer, and – unless a special extra has been subscribed to this effect – the rates relate to taking the room (check-in ) by the Customer from 3:00 p.m. and a release thereof (check-out) at 11:00 a.m.
The tourist tax (City or Tourism Tax) indicated for each rate is to be paid directly on site to the Establishment: it is not included in the price of the Reservation.
Rates are subject to value added tax (V.A.T.) and are displayed as an amount including tax at the rate in effect at the time of confirmation of the reservation in the currency of the country according to the connection IP address. The prices take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the Reservation and any change in the rate applicable to VAT will be automatically passed on to the prices indicated, in particular in the event of a change in the rate applicable on the day of consumption of the stay and the extras subscribed in relation to at the rate applicable at the time the Reservation is made.
All Reservations, whatever their origin, are payable in Euros. The conversion into foreign currency indicated at the time of the Reservation is given for information only and is in no way contractual. Only the currency confirmed during the Reservation is guaranteed. If a rate implies that payment is made directly to the Establishment at the time of arrival (check-in) or departure (check-out) of your stay, and the Customer's currency is not the same that of the country in which the Establishment is located, the rate debited by the latter is likely to be different from that which was communicated at the time of the Reservation taking into account the possible evolution of the exchange rates between the date of reservation and the dates of stay in the selected Establishment.
The rates are systematically indicated during the Booking process on the Site. The same applies to the total price of the Reservation before validation by the Customer, and this until the last step, with the acknowledgment of receipt of the Reservation also summarizing the content of the Reservation and the rate applied.
No discount or rebate will be applied by the Establishment for payment prior to the dates and conditions appearing in these T&Cs or online by payment during the Booking process or on the invoice issued by the Establishment.
The existence of rates indicated as "Standard/Best Rate" at the time of the online Booking process, or offline (by telephone or e-mail), does not in any way exclude the existence of a rate at a lower price. for the same services, which would have been offered before or which would be offered after the process, under an identical or different commercial wording, but which are no longer or not yet in force at the time of the reservation. To this end, the creation of rates at a price lower than that indicated in the reservation, and which would be in force at a time other than that at which the reservation is made, can never give rise to the application of these rates lower than the benefit of the Client. Only the contractual rate, in effect at the time of booking, is valid between the parties.
4.2 Payment
To validate his Reservation, the Customer must communicate his bank details as a guarantee of the Reservation, and – if necessary – for the purposes of payment of his Reservation in the event of conditions or special rates requiring online payment as stipulated during the Booking process. It being specified that – except in the case of special conditions or rates requiring pre-payment of the amount of the Reservation following an online debit computer process – the payment is debited directly from the Establishment during the stay.
The Customer must then communicate the details of his bank credit card (Visa, Mastercard International, Eurocard/Mastercard, American Express) by indicating directly in the area provided for this purpose the number of the card, without spaces between the figures, as well as its validity date and the visual cryptogram via the payment platform dedicated to this purpose. The same applies to the communication of the bank details required in the context of Reservations made by telephone or e-mail according to the conditions indicated below which involve either payment at the time of the Reservation, or the requirement of a deposit of guaranteed by credit card imprint according to the price of the Reservation.
The service provider chosen by Le Clos Normand to secure bank payments and the communication of bank data, checks the validity of the Customer's payment card. In all cases, an invoice is drawn up in duplicate by Le Clos Normand, one copy of which is given to the Customer when he leaves (check-out) the Establishment at the end of the stay.
During the Customer's stay, if the amount of the Customer's invoice for Extras exceeds the value of 200 Euros, the Establishment may demand payment.

It is specified that payment by check is not accepted, whether for temporary accommodation services, and/or catering services, extras, and/or any other services or sales of products delivered by the Establishment to the Client during his stay.
ARTICLE 5 – COMPLAINTS
For any complaint relating to a Reservation made in the Establishment, the Customer must send a postal or electronic mail to the Establishment reserved at the corresponding address mentioned in the preliminary article of these GTC.
